1. Agreement to these Terms

By accessing or using ShareAnyApp, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced in them, including the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use ShareAnyApp.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally permitted to use ShareAnyApp and enter into these Terms under the laws that apply to you.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your login credentials secure.

You should notify ShareAnyApp if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

3. The ShareAnyApp service

ShareAnyApp is a promotion, discovery, and community platform for apps, websites, software tools, and related digital products.

Promote

Makers may create listings and showcase their products to ShareAnyApp users.

Discover

Users may browse promoted products through categories, search, feeds, and rankings.

Engage

Users may upvote, save, rate, review, comment on, or discuss products where enabled.

Continue to official stores

Users may follow links to official product websites or app-store listings.

Features may change, be added, removed, limited, tested, or redesigned over time.

4. App promotions, submissions, and maker responsibilities

If you submit or promote an app, website, software product, or digital service on ShareAnyApp, you represent that you have the right to submit and promote the product and its materials.

This includes product names, logos, screenshots, descriptions, videos, promotional copy, pricing information, developer information, and external links.

• Do not submit or promote a product you do not own, represent, control, or have permission to promote.
• Do not use misleading names, screenshots, descriptions, ratings, pricing, or promotional claims.
• Do not impersonate another company, developer, maker, product, or brand.
• Do not submit malware, deceptive downloads, fraudulent products, or illegal services.
• Keep Google Play, App Store, website, and other external links accurate and safe.

5. User content

ShareAnyApp may allow users and makers to submit product listings, screenshots, logos, profile information, reviews, ratings, comments, replies, launch posts, promotional materials, and other content.

Your ownership

You retain ownership of content that you create and submit, subject to the rights you grant ShareAnyApp to operate and promote the service.

License to ShareAnyApp

By submitting content, you grant ShareAnyApp a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, distribute, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, secure, and improve ShareAnyApp.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse ShareAnyApp, interfere with other users or makers, manipulate platform signals, or interfere with the operation or security of the service.

• Do not spam, harass, threaten, deceive, or abuse other users.
• Do not post illegal, fraudulent, infringing, deceptive, or unsafe content.
• Do not manipulate rankings, upvotes, ratings, reviews, comments, or engagement using fake accounts, bots, purchased engagement, or coordinated abuse.
• Do not attempt to bypass security controls, access restrictions, rate limits, moderation systems, or account controls.
• Do not distribute malware, malicious code, credential-stealing pages, or unsafe downloads.

7. Reviews, upvotes, comments, and rankings

Community features are intended to reflect genuine user interest, feedback, discussion, and support.

Reviews, ratings, upvotes, comments, trending positions, featured placements, and leaderboard positions do not constitute guarantees by ShareAnyApp regarding product quality, safety, performance, legality, reliability, or suitability.

ShareAnyApp may use automated and manual signals to organize or rank products. Ranking methods may change over time and no particular organic ranking position is guaranteed.

8. Promotional and sponsored features

ShareAnyApp product listings and community features are free to use. Makers interested in sponsorship opportunities can contact shareanyapp.support@gmail.com.

Sponsored placements, when available, will be clearly labeled. Sponsorship does not guarantee downloads, purchases, registrations, revenue, reviews, upvotes, organic rankings, or any specific business result.

9. Sponsorship inquiries

ShareAnyApp is free to use. For sponsorship inquiries, contact shareanyapp.support@gmail.com. Any sponsorship arrangement will be discussed directly with the support team.

10. Intellectual property

ShareAnyApp's branding, interface, software, designs, text, logos, icons, and original platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party product names, trademarks, logos, screenshots, and app-store materials remain the property of their respective owners.

If you believe content on ShareAnyApp infringes your intellectual property rights, contact ShareAnyApp with enough information to identify the material and explain your claim.

11. Moderation and enforcement

ShareAnyApp may review, restrict, hide, de-rank, remove, reject, or moderate content or accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, prevent fraud or manipulation, respond to legal requirements, or maintain platform quality.

ShareAnyApp may also limit visibility of duplicate, misleading, unsafe, manipulated, low-quality, or incorrectly categorized submissions.

12. Third-party app stores, websites, and services

ShareAnyApp may link to Google Play, the Apple App Store, developer websites, payment providers, social platforms, analytics providers, or other third-party services.

Those services are operated independently from ShareAnyApp. ShareAnyApp does not control their availability, content, security, pricing, purchases, subscriptions, downloads, installations, or privacy practices.

13. Disclaimers

ShareAnyApp is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

ShareAnyApp does not guarantee that every product listing, developer statement, review, rating, external link, download, or third-party service is accurate, secure, lawful, available, bug-free, compatible, or suitable for a particular user.

ShareAnyApp also does not guarantee a specific number of views, clicks, visitors, installs, purchases, subscribers, reviews, upvotes, leads, rankings, or other results from product promotion.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ShareAnyApp and its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

15. Suspension and termination

You may stop using ShareAnyApp at any time. Account deletion options may be available through account settings or support.

ShareAnyApp may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary for serious or repeated violations of these Terms, security risks, illegal activity, fraud, manipulation, abuse, payment issues, or legal requirements.

16. Changes to ShareAnyApp or these Terms

ShareAnyApp may update its features, promotional tools, ranking systems, or these Terms as the platform, business, law, or technical requirements evolve.

When material changes are made, the "Last updated" date will be revised and additional notice may be provided where required.

17. Governing law and disputes

Governing-law, court, venue, arbitration, or other dispute-resolution provisions may depend on ShareAnyApp's operating entity and the laws applicable to the relevant user or transaction.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove mandatory consumer rights or legal protections that cannot lawfully be waived.
